I met Natasha trough Instagram and, at first, I felt really impressed by her aura but when I discovered that she was a magnificent cook (and specially of sweets and pastries) I was like: “damnnnn, this is a dream!”. She is not only an amazing cook but a vegan and organic chef too. That makes her so special! In America it´s easier to find organic restaurants than in Spain. I guess people are more aware of the importance of eating healthy. In my case, I try to eat only ecologic food and when I say “I try” I mean that, sometimes, when you are travelling and you are at the airport, things are very difficult…
I asked her some questions to know better about her work!
1-Describe who you are and what you do.
I’m a vegan fairy, here to sprinkle treats on everyone.  I love everything and anything that has to do with holistic wellness. I bake, creative direct and run my business so I’m always in my cave plotting things up
2- When did you start being interested in raw and vegan cook?
I became into the lifestyle 3 years ago. I did a lot of research on the way certain food effects your body on a cellular level so I just started seeing food completely different. A vegan diet made me feel better than ever so it was the winner for me!
3- Is this your first passion? Tell us about some other hobbies that you have…
Yeah defiantly is! I love everything about what I do and makes me happy how much it positively impacts other peoples life. I looove to read, creative directing, meditating, DIY projects, krump dancing, ceramics, coloring books
4-Why it is so important to eating healthy? Do you think that people are getting more and more aware? I think it’s super important to eat healthy because you should want to take care of the things you love aka yourself!! You only have one body, show it some love. Just incorporating a vegan lifestyle could make all the difference in the world to your futures health and yup for sure I think now more than ever people are caring about what they put in there body and where there food is coming from.
5-What kind of music inspires you while you are cooking? Bossanova music all day ere daaay! Brazilian music always inspires me to think of new things to create. 6-How do you see yourself in the future. Happyyy, evolving and spreading love through treats on a whole different level.
